After-sales Service and Warranty Information:
Please read the product manual provided with the product carefully before using it.
1. During normal use, if product quality problems are caused by manufacturing, materials, or design reasons, the motherboard will be warranted for one year from the date of purchase, and the battery and charger will be warranted for six months.
2. Free warranty is not provided for failures caused by the user, specifically:
1). Failures caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the watch.
2). Failures caused by accidental drops during use.
3). Damage caused by human error or third parties, or misuse (such as water ingress into the main unit, cracks caused by external force, scratches on external components, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
3. When applying for a free warranty, please provide the warranty card with the purchase date and purchase location stamp.
4. When users repair products, please bring the products to the company or company dealership.
5. All functions of the product are based on the physical object.
